Etchings Upon the Wall

Respect those around you because you never know when you made need to call upon them. Don't care what other people think about you, but rather what you think about yourself. You can't change you inward appearance no matter how much you try; no surgeon can change that. Be kind to anyone even if they may treat you like crap. Everyone is equal regardless of what they are capable of. Judge a man not by the size of his ego, or wealth, but rather the size of his heart. Spend time with those you care about for they may not always be around. Dwell neither on the past, present, or past too long for it will weigh down your thoughts. Learn from those who came before you for their lessons shall help you not repeat their mistakes. Protect those weaker than you, for they are those who will speak up for you when you are wrongfully accused. Anger not those who care for you, nor those who hate you. Judge not by the standards of man, but by the standards you would have yourself judged by. Care for a child even if its not your own. Bow before no one, unless they will bow before you. Love your family even if they don't always approve of what you do, or you don't always approve of what they do. Do what you think is just, but not at the expense of others, unless it will help them in the long run. Choose your friends wisely; because your true friends will not desert you when you need them. A true friend is one who knows your faults, and deeds, but still cares for who you, because who you are. Marry someone out of love, not lust. Be kind to your in-laws even though you may not always get along. Judge one not by they're actions, but by their intent.
